Company Nurse / Fulltime / Laguna / Urgent

Job Description:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
Manage medical/health records, equipment, and programs related to health and safety.
Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses, and guide/direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services.
Provide first aid treatment and administer proper medications to employees as needed.
Coordinate with retainer doctors and accredited hospitals.
Observe and record symptoms and conditions of patients.
Accompany injured employees to the nearest hospital in case of an accident.
Maintain medical and other related records of all employees.
Review diagnostic test results and medical certificates to evaluate results (e.g., APE/SSS Sickness/Pre-employment/Company sick leave).
Enroll candidates in Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) according to the assigned schedule.
Monitor absence patterns, especially AWOL, and visit employees' homes if needed.
Monitor stock inventory of medicines, first aid kits, and other necessary supplies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS Nursing).
Must have a PRC license.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the same field.

Salary Range: For negotiation
