Job description

Performs sufficient quality of medical services to its employees and shopping customers and provides valuables support to other HR projects and activities

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintains employee health records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality and feedback to management.
- Conducts health assessment of health status of employees.
- Renders first aid or assistance to employees an customers in admission to healthcare facility if needed.
- Maintains, issues and monitors medical supplies and equipment within the prescribed budgeted resources.
- Conducts physical examination to newly on board and sick employees and evaluate if they are already fir to work.
- Coordinates and ensures compliance by employees to company annual physical examinations.
- Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis and send incident reports to HR Supervisor and Manager.
- Posts health advisory in company bulletins and coordinates right agencies to conduct lectures or forum for employees.
- Appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment.
Ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment safety regulations.
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing (preferred)
