Company Nurse (Davao)

Key Responsibilities:Health Assessments: Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.First Aid and Emergency Care: Provide first aid and immediate care for workplace injuries and medical emergencies.Health Education: Educate employees on health topics, including nutrition, stress management, and preventive care.Wellness Programs: Develop and implement wellness initiatives and programs to promote a healthy workplace culture.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate health records, documentation of incidents, and compliance with regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with HR and safety teams to address occupational health issues and improve workplace safety.Health Counseling: Provide counseling on health-related issues and facilitate referrals to healthcare providers when necessary.Training and Compliance: Assist in training employees on health and safety protocols.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; RN license required.Experience: Previous experience in occupational health or corporate nursing is a plus.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!
