JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse:Develops and implements Health and Safety Program.Promotes good health among employees by assessing their health risks at regular intervals in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury.Provides emergency treatment or healthcare-related issues in the workplace.Administers over-the-counter medication to employees.Establishes a clean and comfortable worker's welfare facilities.Promote healthy eating and wellness program.Document health records of every employee's injury and illness and keep this information confidential.Improves the health of employees through the on-going programs and health checks.Assesses work environment by identifying any work hazards and plans for intervention programs accordingly.Develops strategies such as conducting awareness program to maximize employee work input and promote employee health.Communicates with Management on a regular basis regarding healthcare and safety programs.Any other tasks assigned from time to time
