Health assistance.
• Provide medicines to employees based on their complaints/symptoms
• Assist the Company Physician during consultation and prepare necessary equipment during treatment.
• Keeps record of all Company-related Illnesses and injuries.
• Check Pre-Employment Medical Results and Refer to the Company Physician if necessary
• Monitor APE results and assist Company physicians in discussing the results with employees.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety Team regarding health and safety concerns
• Report all accidents and injuries to Safety Officer
• Inventory of Medicine & Supplies Issuance Monitoring
• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
• Schedule employees' Annual Physical Examinations and coordinate with affiliated hospitals/clinics.
• Monitor Sick leave and call out employees with long absences due to illness/injury
