Company Lawyer

Job Summary:

The Company Lawyer in the real estate industry plays a critical role in providing legal counsel and support to real estate companies, developers, investors, and other stakeholders. This position involves ensuring legal compliance, managing real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.

3. Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches, zoning issues, and environmental assessments.

4. Manage real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions.5. Assist in resolving legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

6. Advise on land use and zoning matters, construction contracts, and property development issues.
