Company Driver

Job Overview

A Driver is safely transporting authorized people as well as various documents and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles, at the beginning and every end of each shift
Drive assigned office vehicles to destinations, in a safe manner, and by following set rules and regulations
Report to the Higher Management and Administration Team of any accidents or vehicle damage
Provide accurate time records of the company's vehicle schedule by submitting the Daily Trip Report to the Administration Department
Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on vehicles and ensure that proper detailing is performed.
Obtain orders for transporting things and documents to different locations and ensure that they are carried out correctly
Transport authorized people to their destinations, or handle office pick-up and drop-off duties
Performs other tasks when needed or as assigned
Qualifications

At least high school diploma, vocational diploma, or short course certificate
Valid driver's license
Previous experience as Driver
Complete knowledge of road safety rules and regulations
Effective communication skills
Punctual and reliable
