Company Driver

? Pick and drop company staff, officers, or installers from/to desired destinations
? Drive employees to the hospital during an emergency
? May be required to drive outside of regular hours in daylight, at night, and on weekends
? May be assigned to Stay-In Project as necessary
? Must be discreet in all matters related to the assignment, including confidential information seen or
heard
? Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle as well as the protection of the vehicle
? Monitor and ensure the PMS (Preventive Maintenance of the Vehicle) such as changing oil and related
maintenance
? Process annual vehicle registration
? Perform minor company vehicle repairs or immediately coordinate with partner Service Provider
? Ensure that all company vehicles will undergo maintenance (check-up) per vehicle maintenance
standards
? Arrange for periodic inspections of vehicles in use
? Must maintain the official vehicle in a clean, polished, and flawless operating condition
? Must report any problems related to the functioning and maintenance of the vehicle to the Facilities
and Admin Officer
