POSITION SUMMARY:
The Company Driver is responsible for transporting staff, goods, and documents safely and efficiently. The driver will ensure that vehicles are maintained in top condition, assist in several administrative tasks, and provide support to various departments in a timely and professional manner.
To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Note that you don't need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safely transport company staff, executives, guests, and visitors to and from designated locations.
2. Deliver goods, parcels, and important documents to various locations as required by the company.
3. Pick up items, documents, or packages from external partners and deliver them to the office.
4. Ensure that the company vehicle is always clean and in good running condition.
5. Perform routine checks on the vehicle's condition, including oil, water, lights, brakes, tires, and other safety features.
6. Report any mechanical issues or repairs needed to the Marketing/Admin Department or vehicle service providers.
7. Keep the vehicle registration, insurance, and other required documents up to date.
8. Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
9. Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
10. Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
11. Assist in the head office with filing, office errands, and other logistical needs.
12. Help with loading and unloading of goods or documents when necessary.
13. Comply with all traffic regulations and ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
14. Maintain a logbook of all trips and report any accidents, delays, or issues encountered during trips.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing/Admin Manager or company management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven experience as a Driver
2. Valid Driver's License
3. Familiarity with GPS devices
4. Familiarity with routes in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
5. Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver.
3. Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
4. Must possess a valid professional driver's license (Philippine License Restrictions 1, 2, and 3)
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. May be required to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
2. Must be flexible to adapt to changes in schedules or routes.
