COMPANY ACCOUNTANT

 

Job Description:
Manage the day to day accounting functions for both IBL Hong Kong and IBL UK, including AP and AR.

Weekly, Monthly and Annual financial reporting and analysis

Cash flow management, reporting and analysis

Ensuring all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and audit compliant

Liaising with the China based manufacturing accountant to ensure accounts are accurate

Liaising with the company's external accountants for both audit and tax

Supporting operations in cost management, pricing and margin analysisEnsuring ERP systems and processes align with G/ledger.

Other Administration requirements as directed by the CEO or other Directors.

Qualifications:
CA or CPA qualified, you will be an Accountant with preferably 3 years post-graduate experience.

Exposure to a global business and a manufacturing business is also preferred.

You will be highly driven with:
A friendly team approach;
Good attention to detail;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent Excel skills;
Experience with cloud-based ERP systems; and

With excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mandarin speaking would be an advantage but not critical

Applicants must be willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City.
