Community Relations Associate

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist in the conduct of stakeholder engagement activities amongst various sectors, e.g. Non-Government Organizations, Government Institutions, and Academe- Schedule regular meetings and engagements with the Multisectoral Consultative Council- Assist the Community Relations Supervisor in building relationship with various stakeholders in the public, private and volunteer sectors, that have direct and indirect interests on the project- Assist in the company's compliance with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards on stakeholder participation and grievance mechanism specifically on IFC PS 1 & 4- Perform such other duties and tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by his superior and/or the Management**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:- Experience in community organizing and project development- Has relevant knowledge and training on program/project management- Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong with regular field work at the project site**Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday**Work Setup**:Onsite**Project-based
