Job Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescriptions and OTC products, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.Provide counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions with empathy and clarity.Prepare specialized medications accurately and safely as required.Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and workspace organization.Responsible for implementing pharmacy sales plansMonitors and analyzes sales performanceDevelop an action plan to achieve sales budget and pharmacy profitabilityEnsure that customer service standards are metPerform the necessary functions for online salesConduct training for pharmacy employees, motivates and monitors disciplineParticipate in inventory counting and proposes an action plan to minimize lossesFollow sanitary protocolsCommunicate with the landlord Qualifications:
