COMMUNITY MANAGER:
Job Descriptions
Handles Community Management accounts from different brands or clients.
Community Management roles and deliverables include;
Engage with the online audience through the comment or inbox section.
Address, resolve, or escalate notable customer concerns or concerns in the comment or inbox section.
Create reports and insights from the engagement and sentiments gathered on a scheduled basis.
Coordinates with Social Media, and other teams for Community Management requirements and deliverables.
In general, make sure community Management requirements and deliverables of a particular project are met and delivered.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor Degree with courses related to;
Marketing
Sales and Advertising
Information Technology
Business Management or any related course
Must have at least less 0-1 year of experience in the above mentioned fields or courses.
Fast-learner and can work under less supervision
Has great work initiative and ethics
Willing to learn with that thirst for knowledge
Creative and work well with a team.
