Communicaton Coach Manager

Responsibilities;
• Work closely with local AC L&D team
• Deliver effective communication training targeting English, business, and cultural communication skills
• Coach Individual professionals on communication learning plans and track progress
• Enhance existing programs to include cultural business content
• Review and roll-out learning materials from training partners and vendors
• Plan and host social and learning events to build awareness of TCC program in local AC offices

Qualifications;
• Masters' degree/Certificate/Diploma from a recognized university (Local/International) in English/English Language Learning (ELL)/English as a Second Language (ESL)/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESO)
• CELTA/TESOL certification is an added advantage.
• 8 + years of experience in language teaching, creating and deploying learning solutions, or managing learning projects in blended learning environment (F2F and Online)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional methods, especially with respect to language learning and communication skills
