The English Language Facilitator should possess highly developed skills in grammar and accent
neutralization while performing the following responsibilities:
• Conduct onsite language facilitation sessions for learners, employing effective facilitation
techniques that include grammar and accent correction.
• Design and implement a curriculum that aligns with curriculum guidelines, emphasizing
grammar and accent improvement, and adapting it to meet the diverse needs of
learners.
• Assess learner progress through comprehensive formative and summative assessments,
focusing on grammar proficiency and accent clarity, and providing timely and
constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, incorporating cultural elements and
real-world contexts, while also emphasizing grammar accuracy and accent
neutralization to promote effective communication skills.
In addition to the abovementioned tasks, the English Language Facilitator should also be
capable of performing the following routine tasks:
• Organize and efficiently manage session schedules, attendance records, and
instructional resources within the Pearson platform.
• Utilize online resources, and digital tools available on platforms such as Pearson to create
engaging and interactive language facilitation experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and advancements in
educational technology.
• Demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity and actively promote inclusivity among
learners with diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Language Facilitator, preferably with experience in facilitating
English as a Second Language (ESL) in onsite settings, including proficiency in utilizing
platforms like Pearson.
• Excellent command of the target language(s), both spoken and written, with a strong
focus on English language proficiency.
• Familiarity with facilitation platforms, including Pearson, and proficiency in using digital
tools for language facilitation.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, essential for
effectively coordinating language facilitation activities.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and the ability to foster an inclusive learning
environment that respects and values learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Continuous commitment to professional development in language facilitation
methodologies and best practices.
