Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to work from home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Phoenix Petroleum Philippines and its products/services
- Create engaging content for various communication channels including social media, website, and email newsletters
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Manage relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders
- Assist in crisis communication management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
- Reliable and resilient personality traits
- Soft skills in persuasion and people management
