**Job Description:**

Bench is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Communications Specialist** to join our growing team. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, executing, and measuring communication initiatives that resonate with our target audiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Content Creation and Management:**
- Develop, write, and edit compelling content for various platforms, including newsletters, social media, blogs, and press releases.
- Manage and curate content for the company's website to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and produce informative materials.

- **Strategic Communication Planning:**
- Assist in crafting and implementing communication plans that align with the company's objectives and branding strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences that inform communication efforts.

- **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media representatives, community organizations, and industry peers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of messaging.

- **Social Media and Digital Marketing:**
- Create and manage social media campaigns that promote company initiatives, engage audiences, and enhance online presence.
- Analyze performance metrics across digital platforms to optimize communication strategies and report findings to management.

- **Event Coordination and Promotion:**
- Assist in planning and promoting internal and external events, such as webinars, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Handle logistics, invitations, and materials related to events to ensure a smooth execution.

- **Brand Management:**
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze brand reputation and public sentiment, providing recommendations for improvement.

- **Reporting and Analytics:**
- Prepare regular reports detailing the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives, including recommendations for future efforts.
- Utilize analytics tools to gather data and insights that drive improvement and innovation in communication efforts.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in communication, public relations, or marketing roles.
- Proven track record in content development and strategic communication.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
