**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Development:**
- Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaign messaging.
2. **Public Relations:**
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with media representatives and influencers to promote the company's brand and initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and provide reports on public sentiment and trends affecting the company.
3. **Internal Communication:**
- Develop and distribute internal communication materials, including updates for employees to promote a cohesive company culture.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and approach.
4. **Social Media Management:**
- Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts, creating engaging posts, and responding to inquiries.
- Analyze and report on social media engagement metrics to guide future strategy.
5. **Crisis Communication:**
- Work with senior management to develop and implement communication strategies during crises or unexpected events.
- Maintain a crisis communication plan and ensure all staff are aware of protocols.
6. **Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct regular market research to remain updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
- Analyze feedback, survey results, and communication effectiveness to adapt strategies as needed.
7. **Event Coordination:**
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, both online and offline, including webinars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful execution of events.
8. **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Develop materials for engagement with stakeholders and facilitate communication on key projects and initiatives.
- Represent the company at external meetings, conferences, and networking events as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and public relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
