**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation:**
- Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms including company newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and the corporate website.
- Assist in scriptwriting and content for videos and podcasts to enhance brand storytelling.
2. **Social Media Management:**
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts that engage our audience and promote company initiatives.
- Conduct social media analytics to measure engagement and outreach goals.
3. **Internal Communications:**
- Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create communication materials for internal events, training sessions, and company announcements.
4. **Brand Promotion:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Tanduay's products and initiatives at events and through campaigns.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and presentations for various audiences.
5. **Critical Thinking and Problem Solving:**
- Analyze communication strategies for effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative communication tactics.
6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and human resources, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to support overall company objectives.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
