**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation & Management:**
- Develop and produce high-quality written, visual, and audio content for various platforms including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Ensure all communications align with 1Export's brand voice and strategy.
- **Social Media Strategy & Engagement:**
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to enhance brand presence.
- **Stakeholder Communication:**
- Assist in drafting and disseminating internal and external communications, including announcements, reports, and presentations.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including partner organizations and clients, to facilitate effective communication.
- **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform communication strategies.
- Analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- **Event Coordination:**
- Support the planning and execution of communication-related events, including workshops, webinars, and corporate gatherings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding at events.
- **Crisis Communication:**
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies for crisis situations to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Participate in regular team meetings to present updates and gather feedback on projects and initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design, and basic video editing is a plus.
