Communications Specialist

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's brand and products
- Create engaging content for various communication channels including social media, press releases, and internal communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Manage relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders
- Assist in crisis communication planning and response
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and energetic personality traits
- Strategic planning and teamwork soft skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
