Online Account Support Specialist

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and resourceful, able to handle challenging situations with grace and find creative solutions to problems. Strong people management and leadership skills are also essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to online account holders, assisting with account setup, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions
- Monitor account activity and identify any suspicious or fraudulent behavior
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
