Communications Compliance Analyst

**Who you are**:- Can consider experience compliance, social media moderation, and financial fraud.- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision- Flexible with working hours and amenable to rotating shifts (40 hours a week)- Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating difficult conversations while displaying integrity and professional ethics.- A passion for keeping our users and community safe while protecting free speech.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills**What you will do**:- Perform investigations and utilize internal and external tools to prevent and identify abuse on the platform. Be comfortable in doing this in a fast-paced environment.- Professionally and politely educate customers and employees on best practices while maintaining a good reputation.- Be highly ethical but pragmatic.
