Job Overview: As the Communications and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the planning, development and implementation of marketing, branding and communications strategies for the organisation. By overseeing all marketing and communications across the organisation, you will ensure that strategies support and enhance the brand and reputation across its different entities, programmes and stakeholders. This crucial role will contribute to the delivery of best practice and innovative marketing and communication strategies, working to ensure that the outputs align with the organisation's objective. SEO technical maintenance, including researching keyword opportunities using tools such as Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics which are provided as part of this role. Authoring of blog articles and web pages, leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to create initial frameworks, further editing and contextualising this copy to make it on brand and relevant to the company's target market. Google ADs campaign monitoring and maintenance: in according with the documented Sales and Marketing Strategy and established Google AD campaigns. WordPress website page creation and updates. To use established marketing resources for business development purposes. To follow the Marketing Strategy of the business. To administer the Marketing Calendar. Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares reports. Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing related sales data. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating with any external graphics designers, where appropriate. Otherwise conduct graphic design oneself as part of this role. Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information. Research competitive services by identifying and evaluating service characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists. Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications. Accomplishes organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Under the direction of the CEO, manage marketing campaigns Maintain and enhance Kukoons digital presence in line with the Organisations objective. Plan and execute social media communications to increase brand exposure. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns. Create engaging online content and graphics that align with branding strategies. Maintain and update the website using WordPress. Utilise SEO and Google Analytics to optimise digital performance. Support the team with media releases and internal communications where required. Participate in events and contribute to the overall communications strategy Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a disability organization or with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is preferred, Must have social medical marketing experience Video Editing: Strong experience in video editing. The candidate must be adaptable, as the specific video editing software will be determined in collaboration with the team. Flexibility and willingness to work with the best-suited tool are essential. Graphic Design: Proven experience in graphic design. The candidate should be able to create visually compelling content for various digital platforms. WordPress: Basic familiarity with WordPress is required. While extensive experience is not mandatory, the candidate should be comfortable managing content, with support available from the website developer. Social Media Marketing: Solid experience in social media marketing, including proficiency in creating and posting content across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Content Planning: Ability to work within a structured marketing calendar, which will be provided. The candidate will be expected to follow the calendar for content development and posting. Social Media Interaction: Clear guidelines will be provided for engaging with users on social media.
