JOB DESCRIPTIONCome join our team for this exciting opportunity to make a difference!  As a Commission Collection Specialist in Chase Travel, you will be responsible for all reactive and proactive collections on all outstanding supplier invoices.  This position is essential to ensure that all our outstanding supplier balances are collected, and our data integrity is intact. Job Responsibilities Research on outstanding supplier invoices to track down the true status of the outstanding invoices. Communicate directly with our suppliers as it relates to outstanding invoices on their accounts if the invoice is deemed to still be active and outstanding.  Oversee a group of dedicated VIP advisors with all their outstanding invoices to ensure that their account is always in good standing. Provide support in running outstanding commission reports as requested by the assigned dedicated VIP advisors. Provide service desk support when agents request collection support via internal Service Desk system. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills High School diploma/GED required Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Must have at least 1 year of collections and/or finance operations experience Must have strong Excel skills including but not limited to; proficient use of pivot tables, data manipulation and data mining.  Must possess exceptional communication and mathematical skills. A high degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detailPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Commission Collections experience in the travel industry GDS experience TRAMS Back office experience Work Schedule:Work schedules will vary. Candidates must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings and weekends. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter.This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled. The hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
