Commissary Operations Head

Responsible for leading and overseeing all operational aspects of the company's commissary, hospital dietary services, and canteen/coffee shop units.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals for growth and sustainability.Oversee commissary, hospital dietary services, and canteen/coffee shop operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient food production and delivery.Support new product development and menu updates based on dietary needs and customer feedback.Set and monitor KPIs to measure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Lead initiatives to improve cost savings, optimize processes, and enhance overall performance.Manage budgets for each business unit, optimize resource use, and drive cost-efficiency.Oversee procurement and inventory control with the Finance team to support financial goals.Conduct regular audits and enforce consistent policies to uphold quality and mitigate risks. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).8 years in operations management, ideally in food service or multi-unit operations.Strong financial management skills and proven experience in strategic planning and team leadership.Amenable to work in San Juan
