IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee the entire commissary production process from raw material receipt
to finished product dispatch.
2. Ensure timely production and delivery of products based on sales forecasts
and demand.
3. Maintain operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and managing
resources effectively.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability without
overstocking.
5. Coordinate with suppliers for raw material procurement while ensuring cost-
effective purchasing.
6. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent pilferage and waste.
7. Ensure all food production meets the company's quality standards and safety
regulations.
8. Implement and monitor quality control systems for product consistency and
adherence to specifications.
9. Address quality issues promptly and liaise with QA teams to resolve any
discrepancies.
10. Manage, train, and develop commissary staff to maintain high performance
and productivity.
11. Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate employee performance.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
13. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper
food handling, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
14. Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees to minimize risks in
the workplace.
