Commercial Services Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor receiving of both internal and external requirements of customers.
• Assist in procurement of equipment, tools, raw materials, parts and components needed for production and aircraft assembly.
• Provide budgetary offer to customers' needs in accordance with the technical specification/quality requirements, delivery time and price offer.
• Perform market research, to include assisting in the sales forecasting, doing studies, based on company's and target market work experiences and statistics.
• Coordinate and negotiate orders to suppliers for the products and services in accordance with the technical specification/quality requirements, delivery time and price offer.
• Monitor orders and ensures "just-in-time" delivery of the requirements to satisfy both internal and external requirements and customers' needs.
• Monitor and submit the request for payment to Finance based on the agreed schedule of payments to suppliers.
• Monitor and submit report to Management for both internal and external orders/contracts of suppliers and customers.
Job Qualifications/Skills:
• Graduate of BS in Marketing, Engineering or any related fields.
• At least two (2) years' experience in sales and marketing and purchasing.
• With background in Aviation
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge in the operation of computer: Word, Excel, Power Point, internet
• Customer service and Marketing skills
• With excellent negotiating skills, good leadership skill, achievement oriented
• With good communication skills
• Customer service-oriented is a must
• Must be articulate and assertive
• Willing to relocate
