Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist to assist with creating online quotes and managing policy documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance and be proficient in handling policy-related tasks, including editing PDFs, reviewing policy documents, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and review online insurance quotes for commercial clients. Edit, update, and format PDF documents related to policy applications, endorsements, and renewals. Communicate with clients, underwriters, and insurance carriers to clarify policy details and ensure accurate documentation. Assist in reviewing and processing commercial insurance applications. Maintain organized records of quotes, policies, and endorsements. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations. Provide support in policy renewals, modifications, and endorsements. Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth policy issuance. Experience in commercial lines insurance, underwriting, or policy servicing. Proficiency in using insurance quoting platforms and document editing software (Adobe Acrobat, PDF editors). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
