QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree Holder preferably Business Administration or Building Property Management course
Able to write reports, handle calls and emails
Keen to details
Excellent computer skills in MS Office
Good organizational skills, hardworking and can work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
Willing to start anytime
Willing to be deployed in Vermosa, Imus Cavite
JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the Estate Manager in handling the overall Command Center functions within the Estate
Monitor property activities and observe operations for any irregular activities 24/7
Monitor incidents in all locators and estate managed facilities
Conduct and attend regular coordination meeting with the staff and service providers of the Estate Management
Coordinate with other Command Centers and Operations Control Centers
Shift 1 6am-2pm (5-dayer)
Shift 2 2pm-10pm (5-dayer)
Shift 3 10pm-6am (5-dayer)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
