Job Description Responsible for the attainment of the objectives of the college. He/She develops and implements plans, programs, policies, systems, and methods necessary for the attainment of these objectives.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing or Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related field.At least 2 - 3 years of experience working as Program Head (CBA).Job Responsibilities: Assists in the formulation of institutional policies, curriculum development, and program offerings;Exercises educational leadership among the concerned faculty members by initiating a faculty and staff development program and assisting the College Dean in assigning the teaching load of the CBA faculty members;Conducts research and community extension activities with the BSBA faculty and students;Institutes methodologies of instruction and adopts proper textbooks;Helps enforce the institution's procedures, policies, rules, and regulations;Does other related work as may be assigned by the College Dean.Candidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.
