About the role
As a Collector at ACT (Machineries & Metal Craft) Corporation., you will play a vital role in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
This full-time position is based in Candon City Ilocos Sur, and you will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments from our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Proactively follow up with customers to collect overdue payments
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding balances
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and payment activities
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any payment-related issues
Assist in the development and implementation of effective credit management strategies
Provide regular reports on the status of customer accounts and collection activities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and payments
What we're looking for
FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY BUT WITH RELATED EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve payment issues
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data tracking and reporting
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Familiarity with local laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection practices
