*Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Administration
- Handled current/last account should be under collections and as a Team Leader
- At least 2 years experience as a Collections Team Leader
- Should have handled OLA (Online Lending Applications)
- Can handle 40 - 60 Agents
- Should have a strong data analytical skills
- Must have Leadership skills
- Should be fully vaccinated

Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the productivity of the team
- Making sure to discipline and lead the team
- Creating of daily report
- Does tasks asked by the Manager
- Research and implement effective collection techniques.
