Position Title:  Collections Team Lead (Credit Cards and Personal Loans)
Job Summary:  The role is responsible for maximizing the performance of the Overlimit, Font-End, and Skips Collections team by effectively meeting all call quotas and increasing the company's overall performance and profits through efficient collection strategies and programs. The role is also in charge of monitoring the performance of external skip tracking service providers, including account endorsements.
Role Exposure: Level up your people management skills as you lead a team of customer-focused Collections Associates. Build and sustain your relationships and networks with different internal business units and external partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder, preferably a graduate of any business course At least 2-3 years' experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company or bank At least 1-2 year in a supervisory or people manager role Other Details: Rank: Junior Officer
