Job Description
As a Collections Account Specialist , you'll connect with customers via phone and mail, ensuring timely payments and negotiating arrangements for past-due loans. You'll maintain meticulous records and adhere to established guidelines while independently resolving payment queries and organizing future follow-ups. In this role, you'll be a crucial player in fostering positive customer relationships and contributing to our mission of financial empowerment.

What do you need to succeed? Previous call center experience.
Minimum of 6 months in collections.
Exceptional phone and communication skills.
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
CRM and call center system proficiency.
Keen attention to detail and sound judgment.
Effective customer service and interpersonal skills.
Multitasking capability in a high-paced environment.
Independent and efficient work style.
Familiarity with underwriting loans and financial statements a plus.
