Job Description
As a  Collections Specialist , you will be at the heart of ensuring financial stability for our clients. Your daily tasks will encompass a wide spectrum of responsibilities, from diligently monitoring accounts and identifying outstanding receivables to delving into historical debt data and strategizing to encourage timely payments. You'll demonstrate your finesse in processing payments and refunds, skillfully resolving intricate billing issues, and tactfully handling customer credit concerns. Engaging communication will be your forte as you reach out to clients to discuss overdue payments, helping them navigate their financial responsibilities.
Here's an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (Mon - Fri 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM)
Work Setup: Onsite, Ortigas/Makati
What do you need to succeed? Proven experience in collections
Background in the debt sector (credit card or loan)
Solid billing knowledge
Familiarity with collection techniques
MS Office and database skills
Target-oriented mindset
Understanding of collection laws
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High school diploma; degree a plus
What awaits you in this role? Maintain a high call volume/ talk time. 100 calls/4 hours talk time daily.
Verify Forth/CFT accounts that they are active daily
Call 3 days before 1st payment
Maintain daily calling and scheduling QA calls for Rejected and California Clients
Always notate all files
Provide strong sales support and communication to clients, processors, underwriters, and management throughout the process.
Handle answering questions for clients currently enrolled in first 90 days, such as making a payment date change, enrolling additional debt, changing bank account, etc.
Report weekly
Provide sales support including documentation uploads and resubmission of files
Call scheduled for NSF
1st week 2 times a day (AM & PM)
2nd Week 1 time a day
3rd Week+ every 3 days
