Collections Specialist For Billing

Account specific roles and responsibilities Calling members following up on unsettled payments or bills  Updating information in the system regarding members  Sending sales invoice via email to members regarding unsettled bills  Processing payment through phone calls  Job Description  Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).  Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.  Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues  Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.  Requirements At least 6 months of work experience in collections, billing, or any related field. Must have email experience BPO experience is a PLUS Good verbal and written English skills Willing to work in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
