Responsibilities The position is responsible for maximizing the performance in the Overlimit/Front-end & Skips Collections team by effectively meeting all call quotas and increasing the overall company's performance and profits through efficient collections strategies and programs.The position is also responsible for managing compliance and risk action items within approved group policies and guidelines.He/She is responsible for monitoring the performance of external skip tracing service provider/s including account endorsements.Span of Control No Direct Reports
Requirements Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of a business courseAt least 2 years of experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company or bankAt least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial roleProficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPointApply Now Submit your resume here
