Collections Head (Fintech)

**CLIENT**
Our client is the country's leading fintech company.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manages the delinquency rates of the loans portfolio through effective partner management ensuring Arm's Length.
- Conducts regular collections agency visits and follows through on daily, weekly, and monthly targets including penetration rates and agent productivity targets, among others.
- Conducts regular triad coaching sessions with the agency Leads and agents as an observer and follows through by giving and documenting constructive and immediate feedback to the Leads.
- Leads regular call calibration sessions with agency leads and Quality Assurance to ensure healthy call quality scores.
- Participates in the formulation of collections strategies to improve collection rates.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Experience with fintech or digital bank
- Background with loans collection
- Developed collections strategies or framework previously
- Manager to Senior Manager Level
