Salary: 25,000 PHP- 35,000/ month Job Description: Track accounts receivables and keeps aging amounts at targeted levelsCheck the status of submitted claimsResubmit claims for appealSend out patient statmentsDo patient collection phone callsRespond to patient phone inquiriesAccept phone payments Minimum Qualifications: Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)Must have at least 1 year BPO/Call Center experiencePhone collection experience on the US accounts is desirable but not requiredMedical Billing or Medical Collections experience is desirable but not requiredUnderstanding of the US Medical Insurance Industry, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and contracted networks is a plusMust have excellent English communication skills, both written and oralWilling to work on Graveyard shiftAble to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection Others: Equipment/ company computer is provided
