Collections Associate and Officer - Career Day Collections Associate The Jobholder performs collection activities for past due accounts. He/she is responsible for the achievements of the set targets, meeting the set standards collectively with other team members and compliance with policies and procedures
The position is also responsible for assisting the Collection Officer in monitoring the performance of external collection agencies assigned in Mid-Range unit through proper coordination, planning and organizing in order to meet set targets
He/she can also be assigned to assist the Collection Officer in motivating, monitoring and disseminate information to the team
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course - Open to Fresh Graduates Inbound call center experience is preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positions: Collections Associate (Frontend) Collections Associate (Midrange) Collections Inbound Specialist Collections Quality Control Associate Collections Officer The position is responsible in maximizing the performance of collections team by effectively meeting all call quotas and increasing overall company's performance and profits through efficient collection strategies and programs. The position is also responsible for managing compliance and risk action items within approved group policies and guidelines.
