Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families.

\n Responsibilities: Preparing and submitting billing data and medical claims to insurance companies.Ensuring the patient's medical information is accurate and up to date.Following up on missed payments and resolving financial discrepancies.Investigating and appealing denied claims.Making collection calls and updating the database with notes of the call. Providing professional customer service regarding collection issues. Reviewing adjustments and calling the payor and getting clarification. Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts by follow-up calls Meeting department-defined goals and activity metrics. Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary. Enlisting the efforts of supervisors/management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. Must communicate & follow up effectively with customer accounts in a timely manner.Preparing bills and invoices, and documenting amounts due for medical procedures and services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, accounting, or a relevant field (Preferred). A minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical biller or similar role.Solid understanding of billing and electronic medical records. Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.Experience with Tebra/Kareo and Availity (Preferred)Experience withMonday.com (Preferred)Reliable personal computer or laptop with minimum specifications i5 8th gen with at least 8GB DDR4 RAM or equivalentReliable internet connection with minimum 50 MBPS subscription speed and back-up ISP
