Collection Specialist Staff

Key Task Responsibilities

? Performs basis task, such as filling, data entry

? Handles communication with clients via phone, email and in person.

? Handles collection of payment to the companies

? Resolves collection by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line,

coordinating contact with marketing department.

? Responds to credit inquiries from external and internal clients

? Prepares and issuances Statement of Account (SOA) as requested by clients and

partners

? Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Bachelor degree BS Accountancy, Business Management Major in Finance Management.
