Description - Handling all employees' performance and monitoring all performance.
- Allocating clients to the employees and creating accounts for new employees.
- Organizing the employees' assignments and providing team plans to supervisors.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes.
- Monitoring and managing the credit risk of the organization.
- Ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts.
- Preparing and presenting reports on credit and collections activities to senior management.
- Implementing technology solutions to improve the credit and collections process.
Requirements Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Lending Industry).Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and proficiency in relevant industry tools.Responsibilities and Duties: Manage tasks, support team projects, and ensure deadlines are met.Working Conditions: Office-based.Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, adaptable, and a team player.
