**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****A. Loan Repayment Diagnosis and Interventions Planning**Manages the design of a structured process to efficiently identify the cause of late or nonpayment of loan includingthe development of the right intervention to recover unpaid debts1. Analyze and approve the plan that will be undertaken by his/her direct report in visiting clients that were tagged as remedial accounts or those that are considered to be active yet delinquent in nature.2. Create and implement a system in evaluating the capacity and willingness of the client to pay his/her remaining financial obligations.3. Design a framework that will be used in deciding whether there is a need to amend the existing payment scheme or to file a case before any court in relation to the violation of monetary laws and/or contractual obligation.**B. Debt Collection**Directs the implementation of strategies to achieve the set collection target from remedial accounts1. Sets the annual performance metrics in the area of remedial management.2. Monitors and analyzes the actual performance against the set target on a regular and periodic basis.3. Develops appropriate interventions to address any gap that was identified during the actual appraisal of performance.**C. Debt Counseling**1. Leads the development of a system in providing expert advice to clients on how to efficiently manage their earnings and expenses and how to avoid incurring debts that cannot be paid on time2. Works with the Learning and Development Department in facilitating a program that is aimed at certifying the ability of his/her people to handle a class or any counseling sessionSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
