Sending collection letters to clients, organizing and managing collections according to established
standards.
Reconciling commission reports from insurers.
Maintaining accurate records of client
interactions, insurer communications and other relevant information.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements and internal policies.
Sending of collection letters, and resolving client/insurer disputes on premium and
commission collections.
Reconciliation of commission reports from insurers
