As the CEG Administrator (HR Administrator), you will be a member of the International Colleague Strategic Partner (Intl CSP) team and will be responsible for executing initiatives and activities in the Market Colleague Plan to drive a consistent colleague experience supporting the business.
This role reports to the Manager, International Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) for the Philippines and will work closely with CEG team members within the market and globally.
Key Responsibilities: The CEG Administrator will support critical moments in a colleague's journey by:
Owning the delivery of the onboarding of new hires in partnership with the Global Onboarding Team, including the evaluation and assessment of overall experience to drive continuous improvement
Contributing to the learning & development efforts to strengthen colleague capabilities, drive business performance, including organizational change support
Supporting the tactical and operational implementation of Career Growth @ Amex through the talent and learning initiatives in the market and cluster
Supporting the implementation of the Internship Program starts in 2025, in partnership with GSG Learning and Enterprise Campus Recruitment Teams
Partnering with CEG colleagues across various markets and COEs to ensure solutions are connected and are meeting business needs
Supporting the Intl CSP Manager in partnering with the GSG Customer Engagement Network (CEN) and Global Partner & Operations Services (GPOS) teams to drive coaching and feedback, leadership development, and change management.
The CEG Administrator will be assigned administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of the CEG team's services to its stakeholders. This may include records management, events management, general inquiry and complaints resolution. Minimum Qualifications: 6 months to 3 years of HR experience
A graduate of Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or Business Management related to People Development, Industrial/Employee relations or a related discipline is an advantage
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Organizational skills and strong stakeholder management. Proven ability to navigate matrixed relationships, manage multiple stakeholders, and organize resources to deliver desired outcomes.
Project Management. Ability to help organize and coordinate CEG functional expertise and the business across various projects and timelines
Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with quality and speed
Knowledge of some CEG fields, including but not limited to Colleague Labor Relations, talent management, Inclusion and Diversity, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and leadership development.
