Cold Callern Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cold Callern Specialist to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce our services, identify their needs, and set up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided list.
Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information.
Follow a provided script to introduce our products/services and engage potential clients.
Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team when necessary.
Accurately record call details and client information in the CRM system.
Conduct follow-up calls or emails as needed to nurture leads.
Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, lead status, and overall progress.

Experience:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
Fluent in English.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and other related tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
