About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in B2B cold calling for US campaigns. As a Cold Caller/SDR, you will play a critical role in our sales team by generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and helping to build a robust sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be on outbound, cold calling to ICP's in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to clients in the US market.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set up meetings.
Engage prospects with a clear, confident, and professional tone (We have good resources at your disposal).
Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the CEO and Director to refine cold-calling scripts and outreach strategies.
Maintain a high level of persistence, consistently following up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed monthly target for meetings scheduled.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B cold calling, particularly for US-based campaigns.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Knowledge of the industry or product you will be selling (cybersecurity, technology, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.
