About the Client: A growing residential and commercial cleaning business specializing in deep cleans, one-time cleans, and maintenance services. They target both residential homeowners and commercial clients, including property managers, realtors, and Airbnb owners. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a motivated and experienced cold caller to join the team and assist in reaching new customers.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced cold caller to generate leads and potentially close sales. This is a remote, full-time role with room for growth as the business expands. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in cold calling, and the ability to work independently. Future opportunities may include social media management and handling inbound customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential residential, commercial, and Airbnb clients using leads from Yellow Pages, Redfin, and other sources.Promote our cleaning services, with a focus on deep cleans and one-time cleans for higher revenue. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in Jobber CRM.Identify opportunities for closing deals and follow up with potential clients.Assist in developing and refining scripts and strategies for effective cold calling.Work closely with the team to provide feedback on lead quality and potential improvements. Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling and sales (required).Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Jobber, is a plus.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
